Store Credit
Store Credit is the value available in your account for your use as a method of payment to shop in our website. Store credit is issued as a coupon via email for refund. If the order is less than your store credit, the remaining store credit will continue to stay in your account. You may view your store credit at https://www.lovefioyo.com/my-account/wc-smart-coupons/.
Store Credit are non-transferable, non-convertible and non-refundable with a validity of 90 days.
We shall reserve the rights to alter the store credit’s validity period without prior notice and further liability.
Membership Points
To thank you for your fullest support to our brand, membership points are credited to your account at such event:
- 100 Membership points awarded per feature:
You are being selected to be featured on various platforms- online, offline or social media.
- 50 Membership
points awarded per friend recommendation:
Referral rewards are valid when your friends make a purchase with us successfully.
- 30 Membership points awarded per review:
In appreciation of your positive reviews shared online or on our product page.
- 20 Membership points awarded for the first post mention:
In appreciation of your mentioning of our brand with active links to our Facebook page

Please allow 3-5 days working time for us to verify and update the membership points after you have informed us through email. Please email to support@lovefioyo.com, indicating your account username, supporting activities and event date to earn your membership points.
You may log in to your account on our website to check your points and details.
There is no expiry date for Membership points.
You can exchange a $1 store credit for every 10 points in your account.
Membership points can be applied directly when you make a purchase.
Membership points cannot be used in conjunction with other discount or promotional codes.
We reserve the right to withdraw from the membership point system at anytime without prior notice and hold no liability to the changes.
