Love, Fioyo Fashion offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

TERMS OF THE ONLINE STORE

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Love, Fioyo Fashion reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
ELIGIBILITY
To place an Order with Love, Fioyo Fashion you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18), you may place an Order with Love, Fioyo Fashion only with involvement of a parent or guardian
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
The content displayed on this Site is provided without any guarantees or conditions as to its accuracy. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
TRY ON TERMS OF SERVICE
Every customer shall be charged a fee indicated on the website either by per product per fitting or by try on packages.
No reservation of the products are made with the try on fees.
Please note that the try on fees do not comprise of shipping or courier fees.
If the Customer does not turn up due to whatsoever reason as per the try on appointment timings at the specified location informed upon successful reservation, leading to a failed fitting of the product, Love, Fioyo Fashion shall hold no liability for any refunds and/ or redemption for other products and/or services. The Customer shall book the try on service to try the product or other products as another new booking order and transaction.
The try on fees do not guarantee the products will be well-fitted to the Customer’s sizing during the try on.
The Customer shall abide the house rules of the try on premise with no more than 2 pax are allowed and any exceeding time more than 20 minutes per gown try on session shall be charged at S$30 per 15 minutes block accordingly without prior notice.
RENTAL TERMS OF SERVICE
Please note that the rental prices do not comprise of shipping or courier fees.
The Period of Rental begins immediately when the products are ready for you to collect at our premises. The Period of Rental ends when everything you have rented, is returned within acceptable conditions.
The rental service shall include the rental of the product only. All other items are excluded.
A refundable security deposit of SGD500 per outfit is to be collected in the form of cash during self-pick up/ delivery of outfits.
You are responsible for the products all the time they are not in our premises. You must take good care of the products and keep them in your possession throughout the Rental Period and any extension.
You may not alter or modify the products in any way, including hemming alteration, size alteration, ironing, or cleaning. Any products which are being modified or altered will be considered damaged with the security deposit being forfeited.
You are liable for all loss or damage caused to the products in their full replacement cost or value whichever is the higher. You must tell us in writing of any loss of or damage to the products without delay and you will pay to Love, Fioyo Fashion the full cost of the replacement or repair of the products. In the case of loss of product and/or extensive and irreparable damage, you will be liable for and charged the full retail cost of the product (as per what is stated on https://www.lovefioyo.com).
If the products are held beyond the agreed Period of Rent, they remain in your possession without our consent. We will charge you SGD500 per day per outfit for this as well as for any damages for breach of this Contract, if this causes loss to Love, Fioyo Fashion.
In the event if the Customer does not pick up the product due to whatsoever reason as per the agreed rental period, Love, Fioyo Fashion holds no liability for any refunds of the underutilized days of the rental period and/ or redemption for other products and/or services.
If the Customer wishes to extend the product rental period, the Customer must inform Love, Fioyo Fashion at least 3 days in advance and will be charged according to the Standard Rental Period derived from the system, subjects to availability of the product. This is different from late charges of SGD500 per day per product.
A new order shall be made for any changes to the rental period or event date upon booking confirmation.
You can only use our products for the specified production that you told us about. You cannot use our products for any other purpose without our prior written permission. You cannot let anyone else use the products.
Unless it is for the designated for commercial filming/photo shooting purposes notified to us before making the Contract or for any authorized purpose ancillary or related to such specified purpose, you may not copy or duplicate either physically, electronically or digitally any item of the products so that they appear simultaneously or otherwise more than once. If you do so, you will pay additional charges based on the standard rental charge for each item of the products and the number of copies or duplicates made by you.
PURCHASE ORDER TERMS OF SERVICE
The purchase package shall include the sale of the product solely.
Any alteration and/ or customization services shall be paid separately as a new order.
EXCLUSIVE PROFESSIONAL
You acknowledge that Love, Fioyo Fashion reserves the right to select and allocate its preferred affiliates or professionals in carrying out its obligations under this Agreement.
You shall ensure that any family and friends shall not interfere with or delay the photography or videography (if any) of the Event by Love, Fioyo Fashion and its affiliates or professionals. In the event that the allocated professional or affiliate cannot perform his/her obligations on the Event Date due to fire, casualty, strike, acts of God, faulty equipment or other causes beyond his/her control, Love, Fioyo Fashion shall allocate another professional or refund the full amount paid to you without further liability.
EVENT DATE FOR PROFESSIONAL BOOKING
Any changes to the Event Date after confirmation may be accommodated at S$250 per change per professional, subject to availability. The coverage hours shall commence from the expected time of arrival given by you, which shall be no earlier than 4.30am.
MAKEUP SERVICES
The Makeup Services shall commence at 7am unless otherwise stated in email to Love, Fioyo Fashion prior the event. A full makeup and hairdo session is estimated to take about two (2) hours. In case of delays caused by you. Love, Fioyo Fashion shall not be responsible for the quality of the Makeup Services nor any consequences arising therefrom. Love, Fioyo Fashion and our exclusive professional shall not be responsible for any side effects caused by the makeup products used. Should you have sensitive skin and require the use of your own makeup products, Love, Fioyo Fashion should be informed before the event. In the event that the pre-wedding photoshoot cannot proceed on the Event Date due to fire, casualty, strike, acts of God, faulty equipment or other causes beyond the parties’ control, you may select another shoot date for a one-time replacement for the Makeup Services, provided that the Makeup Services are yet to be utilized.
SERVICES
The Services shall commence at 7am unless otherwise stated in email to Love, Fioyo Fashion prior the event. The coverage hours include transportation between locations, break time and any miscellaneous events that took place in within. All the hours shall be used consecutively on the Event Date unless there is break time of at least 4 hours for the 10-hours package order. Love, Fioyo Fashion shall determine the itinerary for the event. You will receive E-Invoices with payment information to your email on any add-on services and payment shall be made for the order confirmation prior the event. There will be a penalty fee of S$50 incurred on outstanding payment made after the event. On top of it, there will be a 3% interest fee charge on the owing amount after 7 days from event date. No refund or pro-rated system is in place on additional hours for any underutilized package or hours.
Pre-wedding Photography and Videography Services: The actual number of locations or venues for the shoot shall be solely determined by Love, Fioyo Fashion and its exclusive professionals, subjects to feasibility and availability. In the event that the pre-wedding photo or video shoot cannot proceed on the Event Date due to fire, casualty, strike, acts of God, faulty equipment or other causes beyond the parties’ control, you may select another shoot date for a one-time replacement for the remaining shoot time.
ORDER TRANSACTION
Should there be anything else owed to us, Love, Fioyo Fashion reserves the right to charge the Customer via his/her Credit/Debit card or Paypal, deduct the payment from the holding deposit without prior notice, or collect in Cash upon settlement.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)
The products remain the property of Love, Fioyo Fashion at all times and the Customer has no rights or interests in them. If the products are sold to the Customer, title passes from Love, Fioyo Fashion to the Customer when the purchase price and all monies owing by the Customer to Love, Fioyo Fashion in relation to the products being purchased are paid in full.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
CANCELLATION, SERVICE EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
There is strictly no refund.
All services upon booking are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
However, in case of any exceptional refund arrangement, the refunded amount shall be derived after deduction of work and service done till date base on the price guide hereby.
The try on fees shall be refunded only when the outfit is no longer available before trying on the outfit in the form of store credit.
Should the product/ products has/ have been sold out, a full refund on the rental of the product/ products will be issued to the customer without any further liability.
We reserve the rights to cancel any booking with full payment refund and shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any cancellation.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
LICENCE, COVERAGE, REPRODUCTION
Photographs or videos taken during the course of the event will be at the discretion of the professional(s) assigned although every effort will be made to comply with your requirements. The professional(s) shall be granted artistic license in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. The professional(s)’ judgment regarding these matters shall be deemed correct. Any directions issued to you and your friends or family during a shoot are deemed to be at said persons’ own risk. Love, Fioyo Fashion or the professional(s) cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a shoot. The professional(s) shall endeavour to photograph or tape all individuals as requested by you at some point, but no responsibility will be taken by the professional(s) or Love, Fioyo Fashion on the occasion of leaving somebody out. For a booking involving a church ceremony or at certain venues, the professional(s)’ movements are sometimes restricted by the official in charge. The area from which the professional(s) is/are able to cover the ceremony may not be the professional(s)’ choice and the professional(s) or Love, Fioyo Fashion cannot accept responsibility for any background noises, obstructed view, difficult/poor lighting, bad acoustics, echoes or muffled voices, which may adversely affect the quality of the photo or video coverage, should this be the case. Due to a variety of lighting conditions and the limitations of digital sensors, some colours may alter throughout a set of photographs or videos. Although all equipment is checked regularly and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available, the professional(s) will not be responsible for photographs that are not produced due to technical failure.
EDITORIAL CONTROL
You shall grant Love, Fioyo Fashion full production and editorial control regarding all aspects of the Photography Services and Videography Services. In the event a particular segment of event is either not recorded or partially recorded, it is at the sole discretion of Love, Fioyo Fashion as the exclusive producer of the video recording. Love, Fioyo Fashion shall have sole discretion in the selection of photographs, graphics, effects, songs and other materials required to carry out the Photography Services and Videography Services. In the event that you wish to include its own music or footage, you shall undertake to pay all associated licence fees and shall indemnify and hold Love, Fioyo Fashion harmless for any loss, damage or liability arising from the use of the music or footage.
PRODUCTION WORKS & DELIVERY
Pre-wedding Photography Services: Any requests, preferences and feedback on any aspects, including photograph retouching and album layout, shall be raised to Love, Fioyo Fashion in email prior the event. Otherwise, the requests shall be raised directly to the allocated affiliates during the shoot. Strictly no amendments are permitted upon printing of the photographs. Photograph retouching: Love, Fioyo Fashion shall at its discretion and professional option provide photograph retouching services on photographs selected by you for inclusion in the photo album. Any additional requests or amendments by you shall be charged at S$50 per change. Pre-Event or Post-Event album design: You shall make its selection of photographs within seven (7) working days from the delivery of the softcopies. Thereafter, you are permitted one (1) round of amendment which shall not exceed five (5) changes to the pre-wedding album design only. Any photographs that are removed may not be subsequently added in. Pre-wedding Video: You are permitted one (1) round of amendment which shall not exceed five (5) changes to the video editing only. Express Video Services and Production: You understand and agree that video and photo highlights of the event require at least five (5) hours production time. Love, Fioyo shall not be liable for late delivery and makes no guarantees to the quality of the highlights when insufficient time is provided by you. Love, Fioyo Fashion reserves the right to defer delivery till after the Event Date with prior notice to you.
Love, Fioyo Fashion shall return electronic copies of the photographs taken in minimum specification of web preview size at 2000px and 72dpi in jpeg formats.
All videos shall be returned in MP4 format. Love, Fioyo Fashion shall return the deliverables in downloadable links sent via email. You shall be liable to download the files in time before the links shall expire in 7 days. Any request to re-send the links after expiry shall incur a handling fees of S$50 per time, subject to availability. Any Electronic copies in high resolution, album design and layout may be purchased at a separate charge. You shall follow the production schedule provided by Love, Fioyo Fashion. The estimated production time shall be determined by Love, Fioyo Fashion at its discretion. Love, Fioyo Fashion shall not be liable for any late delivery due to delays caused by you. You understand and agree that the normal delivery time for photographs album and videos is within five (5) to eight (8) months from the Event Date provided that you supply all production materials for inclusion in the photographs, album(s) and/or video in a timely fashion. Love, Fioyo Fashion shall not be liable for late delivery due to delays caused by you. Any extensions necessary for proper completion of the production will not constitute a breach of this Agreement. Upon delivery, you shall communicate any feedback to the Love, Fioyo Fashion within three (3) days, failing which Love, Fioyo Fashion shall not entertain any exchange, amendment, and requests for compensation. Love, Fioyo Fashion makes no guarantees as to colour, brightness/contrast and sharpness of the photos and video when used with your computers, handphones or smart televisions etc.
OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

SEVERABILITY

TERMINATION

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
