Return & Exchange Policy
Accessories, including bags are not applicable for return due to hygiene reasons.
Sale merchandises are not entitled for returns or exchanges.
Rental products , bespoke gown, dress and outfit purchases under Rent Couture are not entitled for returns or exchanges.
There are no cash/credit card refunds and no shipping postage or shipment/ delivery fees will be reimbursed.
Kindly ensure your return fulfills the following conditions:
- Item is returned and should reach us within 14 days (local orders) or 28 days (overseas orders) from the date of delivery with a valid Order Reference Number.
- Item is in original condition, unwashed, unworn and with all tags and labels intact.
- Return/ exchange arrangement is agreeable via email by both parties.
- The Customer is required to send the picture of manufacturer’s deflect or the wrong item to the Company attached to the email.
And acceptable reasons stated as below:
- Return due to Manufacturer’s Deflect
- Return due to Wrong Item Received
We will provide the Return Form and other necessary information in the email upon agreement for the return process.
Pack the item(s) properly into our reusable bag and insert the completed Return Form into the parcel.
Replacement item will be mailed to you within 3 working days of processing time after the parcel has been received by our Company, subject to availability of the product.
In the event that the particular product is
out of stock, the Company shall offer refund in the form of store credit to your
account within 3 working days upon receipt of the product.
Loss of Item Liability
Please be advised that we hold no liability for any lost-in-mail scenarios where normal postage is chosen. Registered/Courier mail is always strongly recommended to avoid complications. The Company shall not be held responsible to any penalty charges incurred by the Courier companies or Singapore Post, and we are not liable for any consequences caused by the delay due to incorrect or incomplete address or information provided by the Customer that resulted in the delivery failure. Re-delivery fees and penalty charges (if any) shall be solely born by the Customer.
For return, please ensure that the product is sent back to us via traceable mode as we will not be responsible for any lost mail too.
