1. Why should I buy/ rent from Love, Fioyo?
Since the entire process is online, you no longer have to make countless trips to physical boutiques to find the perfect gown. Love, Fioyo saves you time, money and still make you look exquisite with quality and edgy dresses for your special occasion.
2. How do I find the perfect gown?
Please register an account with us and indicate your personality. Our “Invisible Stylist” will recommend the gown that best fit to your personality.
You may also use our search filters to help you narrow down your choices by requirements (eg. color / silhouette) or options to shop by occasion or categories.
3. How do I determine my measurement?
Please refer to our Size Guide and the sizes of the product are indicated on the product page.
We recommend having someone help you take measurements. Measurements should be taken in the undergarments you plan to wear under your outfit. Make sure to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose, like you’d want your dress or suit to fit.
4. When should I make reservation for the gown?
Reservations are advised be made up to 6 months in advance.
For purchases, please provide at least 1 month time allowances for outfit alternation.
For rental, please schedule your collection order to 2 days before your event.
5. How should I make reservation for the gown?
Reservation is by first book first serve basis.
Upon check out, the outfit will be reserved either for your rental during your selected period or you own the gown upon purchase.
6. What if the gown I ordered doesn’t fit?
Do check with the Size Guide for your sizing.
You may like to book “Try A Gown” service before any order confirmation.
If it doesn’t fit, you may book “Outfit Alteration” service to have the outfit altered to your size.
7. Can you alter the gown for me? / Can I alter the gown on my own?
Yes, we do provide alteration services as an add-on service.
You can book the Outfit Alteration under “Book A Service”.
Please allow 2-3 working days for alteration.
Alteration fees are quoted according to the complexity of the alterations from $60 to $150 per outfit.
Kindly refrain from altering any of our outfits on your own, otherwise the gown/ suit will be considered sold at retail price.
8. What happens if my desired rental period does not fall in either the standard period specified?
We have one standard period of minimium 4 days rental.
There is no customization for lesser days.
You may extend your rental period at your needs and preferences.
9. How do I collect and return the gown?
Upon checking out, you may select courier service to pick and return the dresses or to self collect at our pop-up store/ warehouse.
Please arrange the pick up date to be on the 1st day of rental.
For self collection, the cut off timing for pick up and return is at 3pm.
A refundable security deposit of $300/ per outfit shall be collected in cash upon collection/ delivery.
10. What if my rental ends on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday?
We work on weekends and Public Holidays.
Should there be any changes to the standard arrangement, we will contact you prior the collection/ return date.
11. What if I return the outfits late?
Rental charges and penalty will be incurred at $100 per day per outfit and will be either charged to your Paypal or Credit/ Debit card without prior notice or be collected in cash upon self-return/ courier pick up.
12. What if I accidentally stain or damage the gown/ suit?
Cleaning of the outfit is inclusive in our package. We understand that a little stain may be inevitable.
In the event that the outfit is damaged/badly stained, we will assess the damage and inform you of the additional charges needed to repair the outfit.
Should the outfit be damaged beyond repair or lost, you will be required to make payment equivalent to the full retail price of the outfit.
Always return the outfit if it is not lost, regardless of the condition it is in!
This way, we will be able to determine if the outfit can be repaired at a lower cost for you than the full retail price.
13. Can I get a refund on the Try on fees?
The try on fees is non-refundable and is charged by per outfit and per time trying.
You will be able to get a refund on the first try on fees, should the outfit is no longer available before you try on the outfit.
14. Can I amend/ get a refund on my order?
There is strictly no refund after booking is made.
There is no refund for Cancellations of Contract to try on the outfits.
There is no refund for Cancellations of Contract for product purchases.
15. Can I rent your gown from countries outside Singapore?
At the present time we only accept orders for rental within Singapore.
If you fall in love with our outfits, feel free to make a purchase instead.

16. What is the currency used and payment method does Love, Fioyo accept?
All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars.
We accept PayPal or Credit/Debit card payment via PAYPAL.

17. My item is defective. Can I change it?
We’re sincerely sorry about the experience!
Every gown/ suit is exclusive with only one piece for each design.
You are advised to check the off-the-shelf gown before collection.
Should there be any unacceptable defect, please bring the attention to our friendly staffs to work on a solution.
There is no refund/ price discount for any defective items after collection/ delivery.
